Międzynarodowy projekt artystyczny - wymiana spostrzeżeń dotyczących miejsca i przestrzeni pomiędzy osobami związanymi z Wydziałem Malarstwa Akademii Sztuk Pięknych w Krakowie i Alanus Hochschule für Kunst und Gesellschaft, Alfter w Bonn..
Autorką tytułowego projektu PLACES&SPACES jest Prof. Dr. Ulrika Eller-Rüter , która w maju 2015r. przyjechała na zaproszenie Prof. Zbigniewa Bajka, aby przeprowadzić warsztaty ze studentami. Autorka jest artystką interdyscyplinarną, podróżuje ze swoim projektem po całym świecie. Od marca 2015r studenci Wydziału Malarstwa w ramach przedmiotu "Wiedza o działaniach i strukturach wizualnych" przygotowywali się do tego spotkania. Skrupulatnie wybrali miejsce „spotkania”, poznawali je, analizowali w wymiarze społecznym, historycznym, osobistym. Zbierając przedmioty, notatki, szkice tworzyli pracę, będącą zapisem myśli, wstępem do interwencji w przestrzeń miejską. Działania performatywne studentów I roku Edukacji Artystycznej, przeprowadzone pod opieką Pani Profesor trwały kilka dni, budziły dużo kontrowersji, wywołując kolejne refleksje. Jako obserwator i koordynator całości postanowiłam zaprosić do kolejnych działań, reakcji, starszych studentów, doktorantów oraz Profesora Zbigniewa Bajka i Prof. Dr. Ulrika Eller-Rüter, którzy zapoczątkowali to spotkanie. Sumą tych wydarzeń są 22- dwie prace wykonane w różnych mediach, odnoszących się 22- dwóch miejsc ważnych dla autorów prac oraz fotograficzna dokumentacja działań w przestrzeni tych miejsc.

PLACES&SPACES
International art project - the exchange of ideas and experience between people associated with the Faculty of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow and Alanus University of Arts and Social Sciences in Alfter/ Bonn. Exchange of observations and perception of the place and space. .
The author of the PLACES&SPACES project is Prof. Dr. Ulrika Eller-Rüter, who was invited by Prof. Zbigniew Bajek to come and conduct workshops with students in May 2015. The author is an interdisciplinary artist; she travels with her project around the world. Since March 2015, students of the Faculty of Painting had been preparing for that meeting within the subject "Knowledge of Visual Actions and Structures". Students carefully chose a place of the "meeting", they learnt the place, analyzed it in a social, historical, and personal context. Through the process of collecting items, taking notes, making sketches they created work, which is a record of thoughts, a prelude to intervention in the urban space. The first year students of Artistic Education conducted performative actions under the supervision of Prof. Ulrika Eller-Rüter - those actions lasting several days aroused a lot of controversy and caused subsequent reflections. As an observer and coordinator of the whole project I decided to invite other participants to further actions: I invited older students, graduate and PhD students, Professor Zbigniew Bajek and Prof. Dr. Ulrika Eller-Rüter, who initiated the meeting. The result of the events is the set of 22 works realized with the use of various media, techniques and materials, relating to 22 places important to the authors, and the photographic documentation of actions taken in the space of these places.

Exhibition named "PLACES&SPACES" includes 10 selected participants from the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, Faculty of Painting, and 10 participants from the Alanus University of Art and Social Sciences in Alfter/ Bonn
